Positive: Great location, clean, quiet, convenient, private. Negative: Not enough instant coffee

Too much messaging on 'cleaning' (the bill said $210 for cleaning) & no service on 2nd key problem Negative: Lockbox was very difficult to operate and host would/could not provide a second key so my wife could independently access the unit. The host's response of nothing more than pleasant platitudes was simply bad bad service and spoilt our stay.

I would stay here again. Secure, beautiful , cozy apartment Positive: The location near Victoria Park & the CBD of Auckland was perfect! Walking distance to major city sites & apartment tucked away from the fray. Supermarket very close & excellent cafe ‘Let’s Ketchup’ just down the block. The ‘view’ from the bedroom quite relaxing. Quiet for sleeping. I could live here! Negative: Instructions for stovetop would have helped (foreign citizen, could not figure out).

Beaumont Quarter

Perfect area for what we wanted. Property could do with a good spring clean. No microwave or sky 😥. Overall it was ok.
