Kohi Family Home With Netflix & Gardens View

Hello, The house was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Access and usual house information was overall good. I suggest an infomation book (hard copy) available of details such as internet access, use of equipment etc as well as the QR on the fridge. Fortunatly we had famly nearby, but I did not have access to the internet until the next day. Thank you.

Hidden gem in Auckland Positive: Everything immaculate clean, no sign of dust or grease anywhere, old reviews turned out to be old, beds and linen are fantastic, pillows are somewhat 5star hotel level. Support was rocket fast and polite, very professional team, I would say one of the most professional I have ever come across. The house is in a super fancy location, very quiet, very convenient to live in, there's a huge supermarket 5 min away driving, 20 min drive to CBD, the price was a bit costly but I would definitely be back. Negative: The water in shower was dropping and leaking just a little and I guess not all the power heaters were working, the rest is fine.

On arrival the house had a musty smell, was superficially clean but needed a day of the dehumidifier. Location was good but hemmed in by the houses around, no privacy. Comms were prompt but impolite. Pre check in info collection is OTT -made us feel like criminals. Asking for a photo confirming we had put the bin out was pretty rude. Photos are accurate but very flattering. Unlikely to return.

The home was comfortable and fairly well equipped. It was a great location. Wifi was very poor with the manager unwilling to do anything about it. Was difficult as I was working remotely.

Positive: House was nice, roomy. Good to have Netflix. Negative: The pillows on the beds were AWFUL. At least 20 years old, flat, nasty. Beds similar. Terrible on my back. Complained about this a year ago, nothing's changed.
