Rubbish Mansion
Positive: Location- great view of the water
Negative: Rubbish everywhere, not enough blankets and heating in the bedrooms, not well maintained (door handles coming off, lights not working, wall heater didn't work, slidingdoor in flat wouldn't open), not enough cutlery, fireplace didn't initially work because it ran out, constant communication to get things fixed or being asked to do things, overgrown gardens

Positive: Only thing was the pool wasn’t clean & more towels on hand would’ve been better than would’ve given a 10. Apart from this beautiful place to stay.
