Positive: It was clean and great location near shops
Negative: I did not like the bed in the master bedroom. Can see the bed frame and mattress were old and it sinks in which made it uncomfortable and did not have good sleeps. The leg of bed was bent and felt like the bed was going to fall apart. Other than that everything was great

For the most part very nice! There were some minors things that needed fixing such as the stairs had bullnose pieces that came off and the corner cabinet doors wouldn’t close but otherwise a very pretty place!

Disappointing
Positive: Security was good
Negative: Floors weren’t clean, ants over a couple of the beds and kitchen table, broken stairs, broken door handles, washing machine leaked, had to pay $250 cleaning fee then asked to clean before we left, master bed sinks to the middle, lounge very small for a 3 bedroom apartment
