Coastal Calm is near to the Beach with BBQ

The property is very nice, clean and tidy. nice and quiet and close to the beach for nice walks.Only issue we had was the lock box to get in was hidden by overgrown bushes and we were outside for over 30 mins trying to get inside after talking to the agent.

The house was poorly equipped: uncomfortable seating and unusable tables. Insufficient crockery and kitchen tools. Poor lighting apart from the kitchen. Dreadful driveway: very steep and no access to park in the garage. Very difficult access to the lockbox particularly in the dark. The dryer stopped working and there was no solution offered. Very difficult to contact the host.

Amazing would do it all over again! Amazing host response was quick as well Positive: The view, very tidy and clean. Lovely neighbours Negative: Just struggling to find cleaning supplies

Widoki, zapachy, szum morza, który na długo zostanie w pamięci Positive: Obiekt jest wyjątkowy ze względu na lokalizację. Znajduje się przy pięknej plaży Milford. Z okna salonu widać marinę. Można rano zejść nad morze z kawą i podziwiać widoczny na przeciwko wulkan Ringatoto. W odległości krótkiego spaceru jest centrum handlowe, gdzie można się zaopatrzyć we wszystko. Znakomita baza na wypady do różnych atrakcji Wyspy Północnej. Plus to też dobre wyposażenie (wygodne łóżka, suszarka do prania itd) i dwie łazienki (na parterze i piętrze).

Stay close to beach Positive: Close to everything and beach Negative: Basic cooking utensils, blinds in one bedroom wouldn’t close fully, large frypan scratched and dirty, house could do with clean and no blinds in bathroom
