Good stay, however booking requirements are a bit out the gate
Negative: All the booking requirements. All of the hassle of sending in ID and checks was time consuming and nearly backed out of the booking.

Exl location for our needs property has a few bumps around it We reported a few things to the property manager shortly after we arrived as we did not what to be held responsible for. Our biggest issue was we couldn't get the tv to work on standard channels we reported it but did not get the issue fixed in the time we were thereoverall a good option for a Auckland stay but a few thing need to be fixed

Positive: Excellent accomodation, communication was outstanding, in general the property is well postioned located in a excellent neighbourhood and close to motorway connecting you to central Auckland.
If your looking for quiet and calm surrondings this is the property
