Je déconseille Positive: Le coin spa est bien ainsi que l'emplacement de l‘immeuble Negative: Appartement en général, très poussiéreux, bordélique avec beaucoup trop d'affaires personnelles, j'ai compté 6 ventilateurs pleins de poussière, portes de la machine à laver et sèche linge ne se ferme pas et se trouve en pièce principale. Qu'une seule clef pour accéder à la chambre ou au spa, pas pratique quand on est 3 .. check-in et check-out abusif (4pm et 10am) payant à 50 NZD pour seulement 1h plus tôt alors que les clefs étaient déjà disponibles... second lit dans le salon pas confortable ni esthétique.. pas de balcon on étouffe... pas si luxe que son titre. Et tres chère pour ce qu'il est est. bref on a pas vraiment pas aimé. A fuir

Great apartment, well stocked, clean and very comfortable Positive: Great location, quiet, well catered for apartment. Excellent responsiveness to questions we asked of management. Negative: Instructions as to how to get out of garage into the block

If location is important then this is perfect. Would definitely stay again. Positive: Absolutely fantastic location for a relaxing time in Auckland. Close to bars and restaurants if you want to eat out and a supermarket across the road if you want to stay in and cook Great heated pool/spa/sauna and gym.

Negative: During my stay, there was construction? going on. Big noise started early mornign so I could not enjoy peaceful morning sleep.

Love the country and this location made it so much better , very close to night life and plenty of nice places to eat - Positive: The property was exactly as they explain , clean , neat and all the basic amenities that you need to have a great holiday . Very easy to contact and very helpful with any inquiry - rate it very high Negative: There was no balcony and no view of the bay or boat dock - The shades on the windows were see through from the outside at night in lounge / kitchen
