Albany Bolthole with Queen Beds and Kitchenette

Great Positive: The property is really neat and in a quite neighborhood which makes it a perfect getaway. Negative: Lack of seating areas, except outside which is not perfect during rain or bad weather.

Comfortable, great location, could have a better ‘kitchenette’, an appropriate location to be able to eat in the unit si Positive: Location, bathroom Negative: Both nights we stayed, we were kept up until 11 pm due to loud noise, laughing, talking from people upstairs.

Negative: Our family booked accommodation in Auckland for a short trip with our children. Based on the photos, the place looked clean and well-located, so we decided to make a reservation. However, last night, we spent over 20 minutes in the dark, outside the accommodation with our kids, searching for the lockbox with no lights around, all while getting soaked in the rain. As a result, both our kids and we were completely drenched. Eventually, with the help of a customer service representative over the phone, we were finally able to find the lockbox and enter the accommodation. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by cockroaches, spiders, and other bugs. This morning, we tried to use the cups, but all four cups were stained and had dark residue, making it impossible to use them — not a pleasant way to start the day. Although we wanted to leave the accommodation today, we couldn’t due to our scheduled plans. We will stay one more night, although we do not wish to, and check out tomorrow at 10 a.m. Additionally, the pot was so rusty that it was unusable. We are very disappointed. Lastly, we would like to thank the staff member who did their best to help us find the keys late last night.

Not happy with this place at all

the rooms where fine the people that manage this are the worst, this is not the family that own the house but some guy called warren who even asked us to take the bins out, the house is occupied by the owners who one would assume look after this but the stayz manager texted me to ask if we could take the bins out and even take pics and send it to him- just disgusting, i am the quest fix your service mate
