Urban Glow Townhouse with parking

Great Location. Clean accommodation with parking. Touchless check-in and checkout was v convenient. Highly recommend especially if travelling with family and you dont want to eat out every meal. Some things to note: No A/C in the top floor with the bedrooms. Washer/Dryer combo is good, but dont expect Clothes to come out ready to wear like Dryer in USA. Would appreciate earlier check in and later checkout times. 10am seems too early especially for International travelers with most flights out of Auckland in the evening. Overall, a very good stay.

Overall ok Positive: Location was perfect for us given the proximity to the hospital. Negative: Cleanliness and use of their cutlery and cups/plates were stained and looked dirty. Bin lid was broken and fan in the room was dirty and dusty including ants in the kitchen that we cleaned up on the 2nd.

Fully equipped 2 bedroom townhouse Positive: Comfortable 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom townhouse close to Papatoetoe with parking. Full kitchen. Good communication and easy access Negative: Had to spray for ants a few times in the living area and master bedroom. Wifi not strong enough to run tv without interference.

Would be happy to book again Positive: Comfortable, clean and great for our needs. Negative: Nothing

Positive: The privacy the apartment was not on the main road which gave us less traffics noise during the nights. Negative: The alarm system however was fixed within the hr.
