Luxe Residence with Iconic Skyline and Parking

Positive: The place was close to the city and it had parking available. The view from the living room was beautiful. Negative: The place is quite small. The bedrooms were tiny. We had to keep our luggage in the living room. Overall the place could be freshened up. The main bed mattress was not comfortable and had a vapor rub smell so bad that initially we thought that sheets were not changed. The sheets seemed clean but throughout the night the smell seeped through our PJs and hair. The kitchen had very basics: a plunger and a kettle, so no pod machine. We didn't need to cook so not sure if there was everything for it. Taps were loose in the kitchen and the main bathroom. The bathroom had an odd smell. The description on booking.com is not accurate as it states there is a separate entrance where the reality is you use the elevator as everyone else in the tower. I think our biggest challenge was a request to provide all our details including a credit card to an external provider as they charge the deposit and return it to you in around 3-5 business days. Key drop off and pick up location is not far away from the unit(around 300-400m) but it is still a bit more challenging than most of our other experiences throughout this trip. Luckily we had a car. The service at the pick up location was straight forward and friendly.

Positive: My family and I were a group of 6, staying in the apartment for 3 nights. Everything was perfect, we had everything that we needed in the apartment. Instructions for key collection, checking in and everything else were also direct and clear - no issues/confusion. Easy access to CBD and state highways as well. Thank you very much for having us!

Overall very good place to stay. great city views. Positive: Views and rooms were great. Negative: Getting access to the keys was a pain. having to go to another building and then get the keys and come back.

We had an amazing time. The apartment was fabulous and within easy walk of the Sky Tower and central city. The view is amazing and the apartment itself was bordering on luxury and quiet.The carpark was a definite draw card. I can highly recommend and would stay again.
