Seaside Escape is close to the beach

The positioning of the property was ideal but the chairs were quite uncomfortable for a longish stay Positive: When I arrived I did not have access to wifi and therefore after 30 hr flights was not easy to access the code number. The property was not very well cleaned and there was no change of bedding despite being there for 35 days. I had to ask for these to be delivered. There was only one tea towel for 35 days and again I asked for more but they never did arrive. There was no cleaning items and only 2 waste bags! I did not intend doing a shop for these items as soon as I got there! Not very well thought out. The clock on the wall was not working and the microwave had the wrong time. No cooking facilities other than the microwave and I feel this should have been mentioned as on previous stays elsewhere there was both. On the first night there I was sent an email to say the rubbish bins had to be put out that night and I had to take a photo of the bins on the road outside the property!!! As if!!! The positioning of the property could not have been better and the hosts when I saw them were extremely friendly. Negative: see above

Positive: The location was great to be able to walk to the local attractions. Negative: The extra booking process was over the top for what we got

Comfortable and clean. Good location near to the beach. Easy access to Takapuna and Devonport via public transport.
