Good place for a family. Positive: The location was good. Negative: The house “creaks.” It is the loudest house I’ve ever stayed in.

Great location, and really enjoyed our stay! Nice and clean and the host was easy to deal with.

Enjoyed our Positive: The location - beautiful Property management quick to answer queries Lovely large house, all you need in a holiday home Negative: As the temperature changed the wooden house made some very loud cracking noises. Building work was going on in the neighbouring home for 3 of the four days we stayed from 7.30am - 5.30pm-6pm, having said that when I contacted the property management they did offer me a 10% discount. The TV was working but could not connected to the tv channels, used our account to get onto U Tube and Amazon. Did tell the management, they gave a couple of suggestions but they didn’t work. Was happy to pay 500 nzd deposit, however was a bit concerned about the scratches on the wooden floor and the condition of the leather 3 piece suite and the box table in the lounge that has a lot of cup rings on it. I did take pictures. However I had No Problems getting my deposit back, and to be honest if that damage was caused by people staying in their home I cannot blame them for charging a security deposit.

Good communication. Good instruction for entering house etc. Nice roomy house, there were six of us. Location was good for getting on motorway and exploring Auckland.
