Family Sunset Retreat with Sea Views

Positive: The views were fantastic. I was originally planning to extend for a longer time as my parents were due to arrive.. Negative: It didn't look as good inside and there was a smell. My kids said to me that it's cats smell and probably might have inhaled some allergens. They kept sneezing. I smelt something weird as well. One room was modern and had nice bed. But I couldn't explore as we are a bit repulsed by the way it was structured. We got in, was in your around 10-15 mins and checked out. We requested full refund but that was denied unfortunately. We did inform them that my kids were not alright but they somehow wanted photographs of the allergens. Not sure how I can get that. And that's the reason the refund was denied. When they talk of rules, they should make sure the property is up to mark or at least have a disclaimer that the property housed cats. So that people can take an informed decision. Lost money for no fault of mine.

Very spacious property with amble room for storing belongings and family activity. Well equipped in all amenities (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms) and fantastic outdoor area with great sea view. A/C and heaters allow for easy control of inside temperature. Located in a quiet cul de sac away from traffic, but relatively central suburb of Lynfield is within easily accessible distance of most places in Auckland. Would definitely stay again.
