It was fine but could be improved on- cleaner and all things in working order, plus a guidebook Positive: Living area was comfortable. Negative: No instructions or guides about the house- no idea what’s close by or how to use half the stuff. No wifi password, instructions about garbage or gate for property. A lamp seemingly broken in living area and not as clean as I would have expected or liked. Bathroom drain clogged with someone’s hair, yard overgrown. I get that the pretty is older style but felt a bit dirty. Dryer also didn’t work. If you have a house for holiday rent, keep your appliances working because it’s highly likely a family will stay and need those things. As an extra a good idea would be some games or kids stuff. We bought some toys and left them for the next kids who stay.
