Spacious Remuera Bungalow with Parking and Aircon

Very average and expensive for what you got . I would not recommend the place for families . No games , out door living Positive: The house was large for two family which was great Negative: The property was getting very run down , Needed another bathroom , one of the bathrooms the cabinet was all tired and needed updating . The cushions were stained so was the dinning room table . The garden surround were disgraceful , very untidy , lawns not mowed , weeds everywhere. Location was good . But certainly not valve for money !!
