A complete nightmare. This room is a substandard nightmare and management are impossible to deal wit
Positive: nothing
Negative: Windows wouldn't open. No aircon and over 30 degrees inside. Only stayed for 5 minutes but still got charged for 3 days. Tried phoning multiple times over the next week, only to be lied to each time. Will be taking them to the disputes tribunal to try and get our $666 back.

Perfect location and view
Positive: Location, view, equipment with appropriate supplies- tea, coffee, washing liquid, milk etc. Parking space was useful also
Negative: Keysafe seemed a long distance away in the dark, but understand the necessity. We should have read the instructions more prior to our arrival
