Spacious and well located
Positive: It has everything we need. There were 6 of us and we all were comfortable: 3 bedrooms and a very spacious common area, even an office if you need a quiet space with a desk.
The place has its own lovely character and it has direct access from the backdoor to public parking.
Just keep in mind that there are stairs to access the apartment and a small one to access the bathroom/toilet inside the property.
Negative: Not related to the place itself, but as of December 2025, the check in information and damage deposit payment is done via a 3rd party app, outside of booking.com. It requires you to ingress personal information and I always try to avoid that whenever I can for security reasons. So I wasn't happy with it.
