Modern Townhouse | Parking & Backyard nr Ponsonby

Superb location, modern and bright ☀️ Positive: This is a beautiful, modern and new townhouse in a really central location. Unlike most properties we’ve booked over the years, this place is tastefully decorated with good quality appliances, furnishings and equipment- really lovely. We also loved the little courtyard! ❤️ Ubering around town from here was cheap and quick. Negative: The only downsides were: Only one car park. We really appreciated having somewhere for our car, but there is nowhere for visitors to park, as I didn’t realise the street is all bus lanes and bike lanes. There was air conditioning - but only downstairs. Upstairs was very hot even with the fans on. I struggled on the stairs- they are really steep- I’ve had surgery on my leg, so this won’t be a problem for young legs 😂 Otherwise this was a perfect little townhouse for what we needed ✅
