Modern Townhouse with Parking near Cornwall Park

Do not recommend staying at this property Positive: Good location Negative: The fridge didn't work properly and despite reporting it shortly after arrival, the problem wasn't rectified over the course of the stay (5 nights). Unfortunately because of the issue with the fridge a lot of the groceries we purchased went off. The property did not have enough basic utensils, plates or platters to serve food on. This was reported also. There were not enough seats in the living area to comfortably seat the number of guests. The third storey, where 3 bedrooms on the top floor were situated was like a furnace and the only cooling solution was leaving the windows open and pedestal fans. The third floor was so hot that when you walked on the carpet, it was hot underfoot. The temperature of the bedrooms made it very difficult to sleep. The property is advertised as having air conditioning however it only cools the second floor. All in all, very disappointed with the property. Would not stay there again or recommend. From my interactions with the property manager, I believe that the issue with the fridge existed before we arrived. Further, a pamphlet at the property plus internet searches indicate that the property is currently listed for sale which would likely explain the reason for not wanting to remedy the fridge issue and the underinvestment in items at the property.
