Premium Central Apartment with Free Parking, Gym and Air-conditioning

Positive: Location was perfect! Went to a concert at Aotea Centre.. couldn't have been better! CBD has all your needs. Negative: Parking entrance. It was extremely tight to get a SUV in. If I had been on my own, I couldn't have gone in. Needed someone to help direct me. Also - the access to the lifts could be sign posted as well as the swipe access to leave the car parking area. We couldn't find how to exit the property by foot. A resident helped us. This needs to be more clear. The pre-check in requirements were a bit over the top - asking for drivers license and photo. You don't have to do this at other properties where you pay prior to arrival. Also the departure requirements requesting that we take a photo of returning the keys. The glass wardrobe doors were smudged and not clear.

Positive: The property was situated in a good space, had clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and the parking space. Everything is just a walk away.

Positive: The apartment and location were perfect for attending our conference nearby, couldn't have asked for better and with free carparking it was fantastic value for money. Apartment clean and had everything we needed. Quiet location. Thank you for a great place. to stay Negative: With roadworks going on it was impossible to find the carpark, took us 40mins to find using Google maps once we collected the keys. The carpark entrance was incredibly tight for our Holden sv6 stationwagon, luckily there were two of us so one could guide while the other drove in otherwise it would've been impossible. Knowing how to exit took some working out too, thought it was just a case of driving up to the door via a sensor so some guidance on that would have been good.

Positive: location and the apartment Negative: the parking and key pick up. you really need to tell people before they book that the key pick up is in a different place and there is no parking there. We had to park in a public car park when we arrived as we couldnot find it driving around. also the car park is too tight and no entry for other than a small car. that was difficult and the car we had wasn't that big. it provided stress we didn't need.

nice location, pretty apartment, designated parking, difficult access, intrusive extra steps Positive: Area was central. It was clean. There was designated car parking. Apartment was nice. Coffee and tea was available. The smart TV was excellent. Negative: Getting to the lockbox was difficult. It was raining and there was no parking near the lockbox which was locked to a tree nowhere near the front door of the building. Parking was in an again different place than the apartment. I had to go to three different places (in the rain) to check-in. The biggest concern was that there were additional steps outside of booking.com that were intrusive. They required a copy of my drivers license, a full bust picture of me, another $300 bond. This was after I completed all the required steps from booking.com. They told me this was explicitly in place to protect them while using booking.com. I have no idea if my driver's license, photogenic likeness, or credit card number has been destroyed as there was no privacy statement. I had no protections against arbitrary expenses as I had no idea as to what they considered damage. I felt very exposed.
