Deluxe 1-Bedroom | Princes Wharf | Auckland CBD

Excellent location but apartment needs some TLC. Positive: Location was great. Well appointed kitchen and apartment. The staff were responsive when we had issues. Negative: It is described as ‘deluxe’, but the apartment is somewhat dated and there were a number of things broken/maintenance issues that we had to get attended to.

The check in procedure is the most difficult I have ever seen, we needed to find a door to get into a lockbox and retrieve a key, then find another door to get into a building where the apartment is located. I needed to have someone help me do all of this and made several calls to the company that controls all of this. It was too difficult for us just to get into the apartment. Once we got in we found that the toilet is partially broken, the flush mechanism needs to be repaired, and the toilet seat is loose, it moves around easily. The overhead lights in the kitchen need service, as one of the lights blinks. The location is good, central to everything, and easy to get to anywhere from there, but the lack of maintenance and difficulty of getting into the apartment make it less appealing.

Amazing Positive: Location was amazing ! Walking distance to restaurants , train station & Auckland cbd , while also being far enough away from noise , bed was so comfortable & everything was there to cook a snack on a lazy day - prefect

It was superb for a two day weekend away and so convenient to everything downtown was just the best Positive: Location, room fit out, felt very open and comfortable. Good powerful shower. Quiet at night. Negative: Nothing to not like
