Overall, a good stay. Some points of improve (see previous comments) would make it great! Positive: Neat, well lit with natural light. Good space/room to move. Good location. Great assistance from management to return an item that was left behind. Thank you!! Negative: - Bed linen was not a duvet cover, but two flat sheets folded around the duvet inner. This was not comfortable for sleeping. - We had several large cockroaches in the unit during our stay. - No onsite parking is fine, if there is sufficient secure parking on the street. This was not the case, and a source of stress for us for the whole stay. - The property owners had a party at their property on the weekend. We had to walk past the open side gate where their guests were. We did not appreciate a party on our front steps. Neither was it pleasant to use our own bathroom that backed onto the owner's entertainment area. - Glass door onto the deck only had one working security bolt - Several window latches not working/broken

Loved the privacy of the home. The outside area was perfect! Positive: The location of property , privateness. Little area outside for us to have a cosy area for eating or drinking. Negative: car park situation.

Good place to stay for a concert Positive: Even though it was small it was a nice shared space for 4, light and airy, while still being private. Good access to public transport and an easy Uber to Eden Park, CBD and outlet shopping. Very responsive hosts who helped me out quickly. Negative: We enjoyed our stay but it wasn’t quite as I expected. There was no dishwasher - perhaps I misread that, the tv had no access to viewing platforms. Appliances like heating and tv need a manual so we can sort it ourselves. The shower was low pressure, and there was limited bedding/ linen. However, these little things didn’t detract from a pleasant stay and I appreciate the efforts the responsiveness of the hosts. With just a couple of small fixes it is very reasonably priced accommodation for a city stay.

Felt really comfortable in the house. Great location. Positive: Everything was great Negative: Parking is not so great. Our truck was broken into. The closest lock up parking is about 2ks away. I would recommend to park at a Wilson car park and Uber to the house. You have to park in the bus lane so need to move before 7am. Great place though if you are catching Ubers
