Negative: Booking was a nightmare as this was done by the organisation we were working for. The online deposit (bond) was a joke (as the townhouse was prepaid but the bond was paid for by tenant). Booking doesn't cope with an organisational one. A long way from Auckland central ( Took us 45min and 1 1/2 hr (depending on traffic) in morning).

Positive: The house was very spacious and clean. Very kid friendly for my young family. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Decent size rooms and love the open plan living.
