Brilliant location but very dated Positive: Disappointed as definitely not wheel chair assessable as said. Step up to house and then big step up in the unit to dining and bedrooms Dishwasher and Blow dryer did not work Furniture was past used by date too Negative: Hard for my 90 year old mum in wheelchair and furniture in living room not good No parking either

Disappointed with the quality and cleanliness and location Positive: The sheets in the linens were clean. The property was spacious. Location was near the stores. Negative: This property is a finished garage, a big garage but still just a garage. The only light that comes into the property is by two small windows and a door. They just took a big garage and turned it into two apartments so there’s no airflow or light.. The property is at the end of an alley where you have to pass. Several auto garages many people hanging out and did not feel like a very safe area when you looked out the one window in the back bedroom you could just see tires. There was an assortment of smells as it was mostly a rubbish area. You could see why the property was so dingy and dirty because you had to walk through a lot of oil before you would even get to the front door.. last the property was on an alleyway where there were many trucks and rubbish collection so it was quite noisy from 5 AM on a rubbish trucks and recycling collecting things as well as the body shop

Perfect location for a brief stay with group in central Auckland. Positive: Location in the middle of Newmarket. A bit noisy from auto shops during the day, but very quiet at night. Very comfortable and spacious flat. Everything you need. Negative: Nothing, but being in between two auto shops might not suit everyone.

Positive: Close to CDP Negative: Car service business and Panelbeater service quite close, was sometimes noisy

Newmarket secret Positive: Location is very central and very quiet at the street level. you can hear neighbours walking around upstairs, but they were pretty considerate. Negative: it could benefit from some blackout blinds in the bedrooms.
