Metro Living Apt near Skytower and Parking

Positive: I liked the location and everything was walking distance Negative: The washing machine didn't work.. but there was a laundromat close by which was good.

Would ndd ex er stay in this apartment again - not value for $$$ Positive: It was reasonably close to cbd Negative: Key was not in drop box as cleaners were still there Supposed to be 3 queen beds- 1 was a terribly soft double bed Lock didn’t work in one bathroom Not enough glasses for 6 guests Nowhere to leave luggage fur a couple hours after checkout … quite a few bugs in bathroom too Right next to a mission place - lots of Jo less & people begging every time we went out gate

Never going back. Rated 0 Positive: The bedrooms were spacious, but the lounge was small for a three bedroom apartment. Two bathrooms with shower were handy. Negative: The manager of the boulding had made a complaint regarding a damage garrage roller door. I was accused of damages, and police was called .once police had spoken to the manager I was asked to vacate the property but I stood my ground i had done nothing wrong so more police was called in to remove me and my family this happened around 11.30pm. Now I asked to view the damage but was told by police that they don't need to show me and to vacate. After asking to see the footage, I was declined. After waiting over an hour police had come back and apologized for believing in the manager after looking at the footage. Police apologize for the trouble but it was a temadation moment for us not only that around 1am my power was cut off till 10am Saturday morning so I had to charge my cell in the reception area for a nother hr and was hassled again by the boulding manager as he had been recording me at the time while i was charging my phone. After police left, a person on the 1st floor on top of our apartment decided to put his nose in. I stayed in apartment 106. Ground floor. Warning ⚠️ don't stay there because management and along with their cronies are going to haras you. WE HAD LOST A LOVE ❤️ ONE AND WAS STAYING THERE TO ATTEND A FUNERAL. I AM LEVAL 3 ON THIS APP AND HAVE BOOKED A LOT OF PLACES , BUT NEVER HAD I THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN AND THE SAD THING IS POLICE BELIEVED THIS MANAGER AND DID NOT CHECK THE FACTS OUT BEFORE ECUTING US OUT OF THE UNIT WITH 9 LINED UP OFFICERS READY TO DRAG US OUT EVEN KIDS AND A 89 YEAR OLD. AT THE END WE ENDED UP STAYING YAY. NOTE.

Was disappointed but still enjoyed whilst there Positive: I absolutely loved the location where the apartment is situated, and I also love the cosy two stories it has. The rooms are neat and cozy we didn't want to leave! 😄 We also loved how there were two bathrooms so very handy! 😀 Negative: I didn't like a couple of things. First being the pugent smell when you open the bottom bedroom window and the top bedroom window facing the sky tower it stunk of something outside that was rotting 🤢 Another thing I didn't like was the lock was broken on the outer gate of entrance to the property and the fan in the lower bathroom wasn't working. Also had to go out and purchase a cheese grater and a sharp knife as there weren't any.
